These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging service provided by On The Clock Logistics (“OTCL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from OTCL, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
On The Clock Logistics uses SMS messaging to communicate with:
Clients: Delivery updates, shipment tracking, appointment reminders, and service-related notifications.
Independent Contractors/Drivers: Job assignments, pickup and delivery details, confirmations, scheduling changes, and dispatch updates.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on active shipments, job assignments, and communication needs.
Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are supported by all major U.S. carriers but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from OTCL unless you opt back in.
